Dell-invalid security certificate.

Hey all, I have a question about when i try to sign on to my dell account-the security certificate is

invalid &expired & have to add it as an exception-wonder why?

Tried xp home &xp pro computers & IE8 & Firefox.

The clocks on both machines are correct.

sso.dell.com uses an invalid security certificate.

The certificate expired on 6/27/2010 5:24 PM.

(Error code: sec_error_expired_certificate)

Any Thoughts?

Randy

We notified Dell of the problem yesterday. There's nothing you can do on your end. Only Dell can update their certificate.  Somebody must have been asleep when it expired..! :emotion-20:

You can click the option to ignore the problem, and hopefully Dell will get it updated soon.
