I made the mistake of downloading the new Dell Support Center onto my Dell Dimension using Windows XP instead of waiting for it to be installed later. I say mistake because I'm not very computer literate, but I follow directions well. Anyway, when it came time to uninstall the Dell Support from my programs, (and I did), then there was no longer an icon for the Dell Support Center on my tray. So-o-o I reinstalled Dell Support (I don't even know how I did it now, but it's there) and the icon is back. Now I'm having trouble with my browser, it keeps closing down. So my provider is having me remove that and then reinstall a new one. I'm thinking I should uninstall the Dell support first, but everytime I go to uninstall it, a message pops up saying I won't be able to use PC Tuneup. I'm not sure I would know how to use it anyway.

Any suggestions?
