XP Home Edition. When I try to access C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Documents I get the following message:

"C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Documents is not accessible.

Access is denied."

The only account on this computer is the admin account.

Windows won't let me delete the file. I can't do anything from a DOS shell. I've updated and run anti virus. I tried an article here: http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en-us;810881 but I'm running Home Edition and can't turn off simple file sharing.
