Desktop Themes Program

Had to reinstall Windows ME but the Desktop Themes folder is not in the control panel or anywhere else. How can I or can I get this back?

Have your Windows ME CD ready, and go to Control Panel - Add/Remove Programs - Windows Setup tab. Scroll to Desktop Themes and put a check in the box, insert your Windows ME CD into the CD-ROM drive, then click OK below. That should reinstall the themes for you.
