When you get that message, click on the link to show details.  Write down and report here the AppName and ModName involved in the error.  With that information we may be able to narrow the problem down from a few hunderd thousand possibilities to just a few.

hyperball.dll does not show up in any search engine.  Are you sure this is spelled correctly?  I did find numerous listings for hyperball.  Do you play such a game over the internet?  If so, did it install software on your computer?  If so, have you tried removing it through Add/Remove programs?  Have you scanned for and removed all spyware?

Thank You for your help it was an internet add on and I disabled it.  I am not sure how I got it though.
