I have a large number of these hotfixes as in "Windows XP Hotfix" in my "add/remove prgrams" folder. What are these, and do I need them? My system has been acting sluggish and was attempting to clean files when i ran into these.
Hotfixes are Windows critical updates that have been installed on your computer. They are necessary to protect you from the baddies out there on the internet. Uninstalling these would definitely not be a good idea.
Hi. I have a Dell Inspiron 5100 and I stupidly deleted hotfix not knowing what it was. Now my computer wont start. I get a message that says "The session manager initialization system process terminated unexpectedly with a status of 0xc0000034 (0x00000000 0x000000000. The system has been shut down." What Should I do? I also was wondering how to clear my hard drive completely so I have to reinstall all the original programs.
