How do I re-install Microsoft Step-By-Step Interactive Training?

Shalom,

When I get a new computer, the program above already installed.

now, I made re-installation of Windows, but I can't find the Interactive Training program.

Please, help me.

I don't think that you can. I have it too on my Dimension 8300 (came preinstalled) but Dell does not provide the software for it anywhere that I have been able to find on any of the CDs that came with the PC, nor from their download site. It is also not available from MS, as far as I know it is something they now only provide to manufacturers for OEM install.

However, you can get something similar from Amazon or elsewhere, e.g Windows XP step by step.

Thank you!

I think Dell should see it and pick up the glove. if they give a re-installation disk of windows, they mean I can do it myself.

The interactive training app is not part of Windows itself. But I agree that Dell should provide the installation CD of the app or make it available for download, as they do (did) with other OEM installed apps (unless their license with MS prohibits it?)
