I recently had a bad virus.  I saved all my stuff and am ready to completely rease my computer and reinstall my programs.  Believe me, it was the only option.  I did this once before, but I know there is an entire procedure to erase the system clean.  I tried just reinstalling XP, but there were stilkl alot of old programs and stuff left on the computer.  Please help.
