How to open .PUB attachment?

I have received a .pub attachment with an e mail..is it possible to open this or convert it to an openable file somehow?

I have tried all the options in the 'open with' dropdown.

Thanks in advance for any suggestions...

Probably Windows Publisher, although like most file extensions, it could be many things. See if this helps:
