IE 6.0 SP1 and Outlook Express

Win Me OS

I suddenly have two problems on a system that has worked well.

1) O E will not delete any messages in the Inbox (suddenly). I was in the midst of deleting a large block when it quit. Otherwise working OK.

2) IE suddenly will not open a site that I've opened many times in past, Otherwise working OK.

To delete the .dbx folder you may have to go to Folder Options and select "Show All Files" as it is a "Hidden" folder. When done, you can reset to not show Hidden or System files.

Many Thanks, that got rid of my inbox mail. Now if I can get a clue as to why IE won't open the site named.

Hmmm...

Your link opened fine for me. Is this a constant problem -and- does it happen on other sites. Out of curiousty, try typing the link into your address bar to access the site.

I know it ( the URL) opens OK in other browsers---I'm trying to figure out why it won't with mine.
