I recently bought a Dimension T450 and was given the installation disks for Windows 98.  I have one CD-ROM disk and two 3.5 inch floppies.  There is no operating system installed on the computer.  I just get a blinking cursor.  I've tried typing everying from SETUP to WIN98, etc.  Nothing has worked.  I've never installed an operating system on a computer that didn't already have one version of Windows previously installed and running.  What do I do?
