Internet Explorer Text Size

We have a Dimension 8200 with XP, In cleaning up some of the users, I noticed on one user when I open up Internet Explore the text size is set at largest. When I go to view and change it to medium, it returns to largest when i open a new window. How do i correct problem of changing text size?

Check out Changing Text Size and find the version of your internet explorer and follow instructions. Hope this helps you.
