Hi, I have a new dell desktop, and I can't get rid of the pop up ad from dell asking me to register.  it is on desktop and pops up when online.  the tech support reps took over my computer from there end and tried to fix, but it keeps coming back.  are there steps I can do?  I'm not computer smart, but need to try to fix myself.  thank you so much.  also, is there an email address that I can email dell that works? thanks again.
