Under "File and Folder Tasks" (Left hand gutter in Explorer) Some of my XP users have an option to run the "Microsoft Web Publishing Wizard"
, but some do not. Where does this option come from and how can I add it/remove it.

I think that it came with IE 4, and there is a download option on the Microsoft website (http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?FamilyID=63c2db9b-c616-46c2-8713-af9bb83c8d89&DisplayLang=en), but all that this seems to do is to is to add the wixzard to the start menu and not to integrate it with the gutter.
