I have a Dell 2400   2.4 gig 384 ram 40 gig hard drive  hp scanner 3300c and a canon s800 printer I installed sp2 and after installation i went to use the scanner and printer the scanner worked ok but the printer would not i tried to install the update for the canon but after the install it said not installed  ,no printer spool running what do I do to correct this problem? thanking you in advance for all your help
