Musicmatch Jukebox Plus

I have a brand new Dimension 4700 that is less than a month aold and I have been learning how to use it.  I had a Gateway for 7 years and Users guides I could turn to when I had a problem.  I don't like the fact that you spend a nice chunck of change for a brand new system and there are no user guides that come with it.  I know they are on the computer, but I need a book, paper, a guide, something I can hold in my hand and read not surf the Adobe 6.0 to try to figure out my problem.  There isn't even a site you can go to to actually talk to someone in tech support.  At least with AOL I can sign on to Tech Support and actually talk with someone who can talk me through my problem.  UUUUGGGHHHHHHH.........................Ok, I'm done....................sorry........it's so frustrating.  Anyway my problem is that I downloaded Musicmatch Jukebox Plus today, everything was going along fine until I got an error message that read "Unrecoverable Error"  then in the box it says Musicmatch Online Services has encountered an error and needs to close.  Update your musicmatch online services files.  Then there is a box to click.  So of course I click it.  Then I get a message that says that my security settings will not allow the files to download.  How do I go in and allow the files to download????  I have Mcafee Virus with a firewall and privacy settings so that my computer is basically protected, but I can't figure out how to allow these files to download.  Can someone out there in Dell land help????  Thanks in advance

    Dublintoo,

In Internet Explorer go to Tools|Internet Options|Security tab. Add *.musicmatch.com to the list of trusted sites. That should allow you to complete your downloads.
