Norton/AVG

Norton or Free AVG

Any advice/opinions on choosing between these two antivirus applications?

Thanks.

AVG.  It's free and less of a resource hog.

I second that....AVG is a very good anti virus software, and have used it until I got PC-Cillin Internet Security, which cost around $49.00, but is rated better than Nortons.  Just my 2 cents worth

    Dim 4400 ( 2002 )
    2.6 Ghz
    Bios A06
    1 Gb DDR 2100
    Windows XP Home
    SP-2
    1703 FP LCD monitor
    PC-Cillin Internet Security

Yes, AVG is a great program.  It does use less resources and provides very timely updates.
