During boot up, after the Enter Network Password panel, 1/2 of my

desktop icons are shown I receive the following:

msg that the Error Starting Program panel with msg

" A required DLL file WINSPOOL.DRV was not found."

As I wait my desk top finished painting.

My mouse is active but most desk top Icons do not respond to mouse actions.

I then have to OK the msg 3 times and the Error Starting Program panel with msg

" A required DLL file WINSPOOL.DRV was not found "goes away.

I then to open a folder or execute an icon, but no reponse.  The Mouse still moves on the desk top

How do I get a copy of the WINSPOOL.DRV file and where does it go and how do I get it there?
