You said Parental Control, but what exactly are you trying to control? Content? Time on PC? What operating system are you using on the PC you wish to restrict?
Actually, I am looking to bloc access to specific sites (mainly filth). I would also like to know if there is a way to monitor the browsing activity as in the time the page is accessed?
