PC-cillin Internet Security 12

I have been attempting (unsuccessfully) to register my PC-cillin.  I am always denied access due to 'internet connection not found'.  I have cable internet access, and know that my pc is connected, and the internet is working.  HELP!!!  (thanks!)

    I've got the exact same issue -- PC-Cillin won't return my emails... did you have any luck with this?

    I have gotten several emails from TrendMicro, advising me on different things to try.  Needless to say, none of them helped.  I purchased the 2yr. service prior to my trial running out, and have now requested information to obtain a refund.  Any suggestions on a new program?

    smae thing for me -- except they havent returned my emails -- i just requested a refund for a 3 year subscription -- this company is a scam -- i called dell and they wouldnt do anything about it
