I am running windows Media Center/ XP Professional and I keep getting a popup stating that pcdrsysinfovideocapture.p5x encountered a problem and needs to close.
Also, I have a Dell PC and pcdrsysinfovideocapture.p5x is in one of the Dell directories.
Does anyone know what this is about and how to stop it.
PCDoctor does not show up in add/remove programs. I searched my entire disk for PCDoctor and the only thing found were a bunch of PCDoctor Test.vbs files.
I searched my disk for pcdrsysinfovideocapture.p5x and its shows up in c:\Windows\prefetch, c:\Program Files\Dell Support Center\HWDiag\bin, and
pcdrsysinfovideocapture.p5x.20090514-172736-00.hdmp shows up in c:\Windows\pchealth\ERRORREP\userdumps.
This is a Dell Dimension E510 Media Center with XP Professional and Dell had everything preloaded. Is PCDoctor on one of my original disks from Dell?
I have two CDs from Dell: Drivers and Utilities Already Installed on Your Computer and Operating System Already Installed on Your computer.
I would appreciate any help you can give me, thanks.

Also, have Dell Support Center on my PC, could PCDoctor be a part of this?

BobsVette,
Thank you for using the Dell Community Forum.
The program that this relates to is PCDoctor. You can go into add/remove programs and uninstall it and reinstall.
