PowerDVD installation

Hello,

Before installing PowerDVD 5 do I need to first uninstall the PowerDVD DX version 5.3.1012 that came pre-installed on my Dell? Will it make a difference one way or the other?

    Probably be better if you uninstalled first.

    That's what I did. No issues.

    Thanks! Uninstalled the cheap version first and installed the new one. Working beautifully. Love being able to make screencaps.
