printing

Windows xp.  I try to  pring aselection part of email but the printer doesn't recognize this--selection is gray and won't let me choose that.  What can i do to be able to print a selection?  Thank you.

Is the selection that you want to print highlighted ("selected") before you go to the print option?  Because if there is nothing that is selected, the Selection option will be greyed out.  You have to select it then choose selection, not the other way around.

You cannot print a selection of a plain text email. A workaround is to choose Edit Message on the menu, format to HTML, and then you'll be able to print a selection.

Well, you can copy and paste the specific selection to Word and then print it out.
