Question about downloading internet software correctly.
Was about to download and install Desktop Acuweather. Received message: "Administrator privileges for your computer to install software correctly are needed. Contact systems administrator."
How do I contact systems administrator?

It sounds as though you have a limited account on the computer. Someone must have an administrator account and they will have to perform the download.
