Dell does not use pin numbers.  There is a CD key on your computer that is for the Windows CD you have.  Side of a desktop, bottom of a laptop.

 

If you do not know much about computers, this is not an avenue I would recommend.  You would be better off going to www.symantec.com and using their website support to find out more about the trojan and their suggested removal process.
