I have bought a movie, but Windows Media player is not able to get a proper licence from the DRMparser of the movieprovider.
Every time he tries to connect to the DRMparser the window goes blank. According to the online help, it could be a problem in the DRM directory. For every other WINDOWS version there is a RESETDRM tool that clears the DRM directory, except in windows 7. In windows 7 it does not exist. http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink?LinkId=105000
How can I reset this?
When I rent the same movie, it says that there is an networkerror "C00D11B3", but every other online feature of WMP work properly. I cannot even determine if my WMP is properly installed...
The following WMP test file is ok, so according to Microsoft everything is OK: http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?LinkID=166118
I REALLY don't knoy anything else to try. I am starting to dislike all those DRM stuff, I didnot pay money to get annoyed, I paid to see a movie.
