Should I be worrying?

I received my confirmation email regarding ordering Vista for my e1505 on 12/4/06, but have not received the email telling me that it has shipped yet.

However, it seems as though many orders for my model have shipped out, so it's not a driver problem, and it also appears as though many people who registered after me have also received their copy of Windows Vista. I live in the US, too, so that should not contribute to a delay.

Additionally, on the Confirmation Email, under Ship To: there is only my name, city, state, and zip code. While my home address shows up on the Order Status page, I am worried that the home address was not included on the Confirmation E-Mail. Has anybody else noticed this in their confirmation email or is it just me?

I'm mostly worried that I'll never receive it. I can't get through to Dell Support either, and the only time I managed to they were not helpful.

Any ideas? Has anybody else not received their copy yet?

Don't hold your breath, you'll turn purple and die before Dell replies to any negative feedback.I bought my system in Dec. and have yet to receive my windows Vista "EXPRESS" upgrade. It took 2 month's to get my service tag recognized. When I finally did, my status says "PENDING". Well Pending takes at least 2 month's also apparently and now I'm "IN PROCESS" don't know how long that will be but this "EXPRESS" upgrade thing is a joke. Here we were expecting to be one of the first to get Vista but it appears we will be the last ones to get it Thanks to Dell's "EXPRESS" upgrade program. Good work Dell!!!, your customer service is just excellent!!! I have one word for you my friend and it is "BOYCOTT". Don't think I'll be buying another DELL! This is my second purchase from DELL. 1st purchase, Smartstep 200N, Laptop, Pentium 4, 2.0 Mhz, 1.0 gig of Ram, 30 Gig HD with 80Gig external HD, DVD ROM. 2nd purchase, Dimension E520, 2.66 Ghz, Pentium D, 2.0 Gigs of RAM, 250 Gig HD,13-1 card reader, DVD ROM and Burner. Dell's needs to get their     together. Maybe in the future things will improve, but as for now, I will not buy again from DELL after this experience and I would advise all my friends to do the same.Dell has not even offered any compensation for all the troubles we've been through. The many e-mails and phone calls I have made have not gotten me any closer to receiving my "EXPRESS" upgrade. Didn't even get a return message from my e-mails and the people I talked to on the phone I couldn't even understand as they were not speaking plain english.Good Luck buddy all we can do is wait, wait, and wait some more.

I was finally able to register for my Express Upgrade on January 25, and so far have not seen a thing... I live in Canada, so maybe the Dog Sled team hasn't arrived yet from the deep south.
