UNSOLVED
SHUTTING DOWN or LOGGING OFF
im using win xp hm edition. everytime i log off or shutdown my computer... a window would appear... End Program - RUNDLL32.EXE...this program is not responding and its asking to end now or to cancel to return to window...and if i choose end now, i will lose any unsave data... PLEASE HELP

That problem can be cause by spyware. Download and run either Ad-aware from here and/or Spybot from here. Check online for updates to their databases before you run them. Remove everything they flag as undesirable. That should correct your problem.
In the event it does not, you can go ahead and select "End now" and it will not threaten your data.
