Just coming back after a total restore. WOW !!!!  Anyway, can someone tell me how and where and if it exist in WinXP ?  I know I stumbled on it some months ago but I cannot remember how and where I done it.  On some photo work when I need to crop the edge, sometimes I don't have a lot of room to move the line so it can mean cropping in just the exact right place or not. I use PhotoShop 7 a lot. This is where I see the snapping problem more than others.
