Turn off button on start menu
My "turn off" button has disappeared from my start menu. How do I get it back - any ideas? I have seen some postings suggesting registry edit? I am using Windows XP Home.

This document addresses the problem but I am not able to find NoClose in the first registry location indicated and my registry does not have the second location listed.
