I have an Inspiron 3785. Tonight, without any changes or alterations, videos in all browsers began stuttering. It's tied to the video playback controls somehow as the volume and play/pause display appears as if I was using the F5 key to repeatedly pause/play the video. I've cleaned under the keys as well as used Fn+Esc to swap out the keys, but the issue persists. I ran the troubleshooter to no avail. I have no idea what else to try.
