Vista Delivery or non delivery

I have had an email from Dell USAS and the tell me my free Vista Premium upgrade will be delivered in 4/6 weeks!.

I replied and asked them if they were sending it by carrier pidgeon or the slow boat to China.

Anyone else has this ridiculous delivery promise.

I received an email confirmation on 02/27/07 stating that i would be receiving my upgrade from Zomax on 03/01/07 by way of 2nd day DHL even though my status still states pending and also registered on 12/25/06 Im so

System: Inspiron 1501

I got my KIT today, vista dvd, upgrade DVD a booklet, cd insert & a registration sticker, all shrink wrapped to a piece of cardboard in a DHL bubble env. I hope to install this weekend.

Received DHL shipping notification on 2/26, received notification from Dell 2/27, received package 2/28.

I live in Wa. state, package came from MN.

It looks as normal that MS give high priority to the USA not just on pricing but also on priority of service.
