I have purchased a XPS M1730 last year, Windows vista Ultimate 32 bit edition.

Currently made several contact attempts to see when Windows 7 Ultimate will be available by Dell and coast of my upgrade disk since it is not in scope for the free upgrade problem..

I've been waitting on this day to aquiere it and have had not 1 responce on cost, availabilaty nor even if it's going to be offered to clients looking foward to this new release of windows..

You would figure that the level of support for new to old clients would be the same.

Well you would be wrong at thinking that.

I've been in a base of way to say it, blown off, if i've not put in a desition to buy a new computer.. desktop or laptop.

Has any one else been in my shoes, wanting to upgrade their O/S and not having any luck trying to find their match of O/S choice?
