UNSOLVED
Windows XP Internet Games..
With your help my computer is running better than ever- however my Internet Games will not find other players. Before reinstalling Windows I had no problems. I've gone through the Windows Updates and drivers from this site and have installed everything that seems might help. I don't see anything in my Hosts files but not sure if I'm missing anything. Any suggestions on what could be the problem?

I play backgammon on www.zone.com all the time..best hangout...been there for years...
My Nick on there is Life_Sparkles..

I can connect but it just searches for other players- never goes further. I used to play on zone.com but I play spades and have found that there are a lot of jerks and cheaters in the spades games.. the Windows zone games has limited chat and you cant cheat.
- I just switched over to cable and the day after all XP internet games died...and I have spent 3 days looking for the problem...only to now find it's likely the server. Good news! but also irritating in how much time I've burned trying to fix a non-fixable.

Just tried a Int.. Checkers & Int...Backgammon & Backgammon timed-out & gave message Server is not responding , try again later.
You can manually connect to the site http://zone.msn.com & select a Game though.
