WinXP clock lag?

The clock in Windows XP runs slow! I syncronize regularly, but to no avail. Help!

Sounds like your clock chip is bad. My PC has kept perfect time since I upgraded (1 week and counting).

Solved this clock issue by removing non-essential programs from start menu.

This only helped for a little while here. The clock will keep reasonable time for a couple hours, then something goes flippers up and it starts losing 21sec/min. It never does do the scheduled resync. this morning it was 4hrs off.

This blows. Hello, Dell? What's the story here? There are a growing number of people over in the Dimension forum with this problem. There seems to be a trend.

Hi. Right click on the clock, click adjust date/time. Click on the lnternet time tab.

Clear the box that says automatically syncronize with an internet time server.

Click apply ok. Try it I think you will like it!
