mscoree.dll file missing and unable to find .netinstaller framework.  Tried to install from disc or Microsoft but install fails.  Cannot install programs for start my norton.  Antivirus scan from norton and housecall came back good, but my norton autoprotect won't run.  Can anyone help me here please.  Don't know what to do.  Thanks for all replys.  Chris.
