In Device Manager I have two display adapters. I believe that what they're called: Intel HD Graphic 530 and Nvidia NVS 310. Is there a conflict to have both? Thanks

@thadoctur There should be no conflict; One is for the Intel Integrated (CPU) Graphics and the other is for your discrete graphics card.

Intel HD Graphic 530 is the built inegrated video. Putting a card in the X16 slot disables this.
If your bios has INTEL Multi Display option that may fix the issue. NON Dell video cards will require secure boot to be OFF and legacy CSM On.
If you need more than 1 monitor use a card that supports that like the Dell RX550.
