The item at the second link has a comment that says "chinese knockoff". I searched for other places selling this card and they all seem to be the same. Does it matter that I buy one that is not actual intel?

How did this work out for you? I am also looking for a 10GB PCIe NIC card for my XPS 8930, but Dell tech support tells me the PCI bus will not support that speed, and Dell does not sell those NIC cards for that reason. Did the card that you got work? Interestingly, the Dell tech suggested a USB-C adapter for the one USB-C port on the back of the tower that does support 10GB speeds. He sent me this link.

After forever searching, I found the following replacement card FIT PERFECTLY in my XPS 8930... (specs below).

Purchased on eBay for about $15 bucks.

ADVICE/WORDS OF CAUTION:
Installation is frustrating... the tiny WiFi antenna leads are SO difficult to insert into this tiny postage stamp board. I devised a small thin plastic board (2 credit cards), taped the wifi board onto it, and used precision needlenose pliers to finally place and 'crimp' (pressure from top, and on bottom of board) the leads into place. All else on the chassis is pretty simple (you'll have to remove the video card to get your hands down to remove/insert the boards...they are TINY).

WORKS LIKE A CHARM.

If you are replacing a Killer card, this is a larger form factor but FITS PERFECTLY. Do not be alarmed.

OK, so I am having the same trouble. I cannot connect via Bluetooth to the XPS 8930 using the Qualcomm card.

I replaced it with the following:

I then went through and updated all of the drivers. I also made sure that the Qualcomm driver was uninstalled.

Device manager reports that it is working properly. It sees all of my WiFi networks. I still cannot allow a Bluetooth device to connect. It is grayed out on the Bluetooth menu..

I ran the troubleshooter, and it said it turned on the Bluetooth radio. I still cannot connect to anything.

Did I get the wrong card?

Hi - My quallcom card has finally begun to exhibit the common problems and I want to change it. I'm struggling with this. Your 8930 may be a bit newer than mine (2017)  as the M.2 2230 slot is an M-Key. I can only find cards with the A/E or E key. 

Do you remember anything about the card you removed?
