I have been dealing with severe latency issues (probably with Wdf01000.sys) on this rather new Dell computer.
Somebody help me or I want to return this computer. I have been dealing with this for months. It is killing my business.

Google says wdf01000.sys errors might be a bad driver. Have you installed any questionable drivers or tried to install any devices that require drivers?

I found something helping a lot, but it's not enough:
- disabling Intel Management and Security Application Local Management Service
This really helps a lot. What is the counterpart of permanently uninstalling Intel Management Engine Components? Maybe I can even uninstal more of those Intel applications?
Then, I went a bit further:
- disabling the onboard soundcard - disabling the onboard Lan + Wan card - disabling the Bluetooth card - disabling the 3 Intel Proset/wireless services
All this came by chance and trials. Maybe we can find a pattern, find a cause, and go further without having to use a disable computer and continuously turn on and off features?

I know several gamers have remarked that moving the nvidia 3000 series videos card to a different slot which will reduce its capabilities solves the problem I am having. That is not an option for me. I do a large amount of Adobe work which requires this videos card.
Adrian, thank you for offering help. I have disabled many things on this computer. I have disabled the onboard Lan + Wan card and the Killer Ethernet controller, even at the same times. I have not disabled Bluetooth, since I am using it. Five months ago I was not running into this problem. Also, I have uninstalled the nvidia video adapter and tried several versions. I have temporarily disabled Norton.
Now, I don't know about the Intel Proset/wireless services. Am I missing something? What about all these Wan miniports I have listed under Network Adapters?
I use an RME UCX II digital audio interface and have disabled all ADAT and SPDIF inputs and outputs.
I have a Del KB7221W keyboard and mouse that seem to use USB and Bluetooth. AM I wrong about this?
I am certain I have disabled or removed many other items like Dell Peripheral Manager. I appreciate any help you can offer.

2. Like wdf01000.sys , it's part of Windows. Looks like Windows is getting slowed-down so much, it can tell it can't operate properly and it's trying to let you know.
3. No, Keep your Nvidia GeForce RTX 3060 Ti in it's proper slot. Clean-Install the latest WHQL driver from nvidia.com. There is no slow-down or Latency problems with Nvidia 3000-series cards or drivers. If you don't game (and are that worried about it) you can alternatively install the latest Studio-Driver.
I have recently helped some Dell customers here on the forum with various Latency issues. It always comes down to one thing ... Either Dell has pre-loaded some flakey software (or heavy drivers suites) or the owner has installed some software and/or drivers (after they got computer) that is using-up too many CPU cycles.
Would you be open to thoroughly erasing the C-Drive and clean-installing Windows? Not Dell's, but Microsoft's from here:
You install to a blank C-Drive SSD, to it's "un-partitioned space". If you want to try it, I can provide you with some more detailed directions.

I did not think I was able to do this from many people. I have been using ThrottleStop 9.5 for the past week and thought it was preventing the CPUs from reducing power. After 14 minutes, LatencyMon has not reported an issue. This is a first for me.

1. Not sure what that means. You clean-installed Windows ?
2. Yes, if you are having problems with a computer ... you can try flashing your firmware (up to the current version) ... as it might help it to run better.

5. As I understand what Throttle-Stop does ... it should be fine. As long as it stays cool-enough and you keep it plugged-in to AC-Adapter (to compensate for the additional power-draw).

While it's normally the laptops that sometimes unintentionally run in low-power modes, a desktop can also. Normally, you can just change Windows Power-Profile to High-Performance, etc ... to minimize or eliminate low-power modes ... without resorting to BIOS changes or using Throttle-Stop.
