My XPS 15's output audio has a very noticeable distortion (volume around 10). Happened few weeks ago so I updated some drivers (which I don't think is even related to audio anyway), then was alright until today when it started giving a distorted audio output for everything. Very irritating and annoying especially that I do a lot of audio-oriented tasks with it.
