I have my Dell XPS 15 9570. For the past few months, whenever I turn on my Laptop sometimes the laptop will indicate the wrong battery percentage like below 5% warning. But once I plugged in my charger, it will show the actual percentage.

Is this a software problem. Can anyone help me with how to fix it?
