I was trying to replace my swollen battery from Dell Precision 5510 without success. Whenever I try a new replacement (RRCGW), I could not boot on a new battery. BIOS shows 'ASF2 force off' error message. I tried several vendors from eBay and others, but nobody is sure what is the problem.

With ePSA test, I noticed that there is significant difference with wattage (V/A): existing battery shows 13048mV/581mA, new replacement batteries: 12980mV/1348mA.

- Serial Number: A8C5

- PPID: KR0M7R967127561L61PNA00

 

Any info to locate a compatible replacement battery will be much appreciated. Thanks.
