XPS 13 9360, Low Performance
Why my Laptop is giving almost half performance?
I have XPS 13 9360 i7 8th generation 8550u with 8 gb of RAM.
I just installed new windows and deleted everything. Why is performance that low?
I've run geekbench 4, 5, 6 on my laptop and it is giving almost 50% of performance than others with same specs.
Geekbench 6 scores for my laptop
(Single core score 456 Multi core score 1631).
Geekbench 6 scores of my friends laptop
(Single core score 1309 Multi core score 3671).
Why is that?

I was comparing the identical laptops. The issue was in the dell power manager app I had set the thermal management to cool which compromises CPU performance. Now, it's working perfectly as I've set it to high-performance mod there.
