XPS 13 won't turn on

Hi all

It seems I have a cimmco issue with my XPS 13 i7 8th gen laptop (purchased 13 mintth ago). Worked in the comp, put it to sleep and won't turn on next day. When I press the power button I get 5x while and 2x yellow led flashing but nothing on the screen... Fan seems to work.... Read some forums... Tried to hold power + D and and get white red blue screen flashing but that's all. Read more. Tried to unplug the battery and CMOS battery, wait and re connect. Still same with a combo of different power ip options (hold for 30 sec, etc etc).

Out of options now. Anyone can help??

    MattJP12345,

Your system warranty has expired. You will need to click the link below for contacting Dell out of warranty support.

Thanks for your reply. However, I am disappointed at Dell's stance and unwillingness to help (even provide a hint as to what might be wrong). This is a US$2000+ laptop that should not stop working after 14 months.

I was advice to contact the dell community support.... when and how can I find this? Does dell provide any platform for this or not?

    Thanks
