VxRail Managerのホスト名変更について

VxRail Managerのホスト名（IPアドレス変更はしない）を変更を計画しています。
プロシジャーはホスト名/IPアドレス変更となるので、IP変更の部分は不要と考えているのですが、
不明瞭な部分があります。

Solveで作成したファイルの添付の仕方が？？なのですが、作成条件は以下です。
Is the system running VMware Cloud Foundation on VxRail?: No
Choose activity: Rename VxRail Components
Select the VxRail Software Version: v7.0.4xx
Select your "How To" Procedure: Change the VxRail Manager VM Hostname and IP Address

手順の11が以下となっています。ホスト名変更のみであれば、以下の手順11の実施は必要でしょうか。

11. [ ] Update the “vxm_host” field in global configuration.
a. From the VxRail Manager console, update the VxRail Manager’s IP address with the
following command:
