They have 240 mm liquid cooling. I don't think they offer a specific "RGB" configuration.

if it is solid side panel, no rgb liquid cooler
must order clear side panel and liquid cooler

you are right. It was one of the option for R15 but does not seem to come with standard config of R16. quite strange. but if so can certainly get a R15 cryotech LC and swap with R16 stock LC.

Yes I find Dell disingenuous in sales config not to spell out exact LC cooler. makes me wonder they want to hoodwink unsavvy customers. it is like buying a new car, if we do not do good research, we are fooled by sales.

This was emailed to me, R14 AMD project to swap-in the 120mm kryo-flavored kooler but the motherboard does NOT have the LED header, appears when buying the base kooler at checkout the factory just, left it blank ... could be old news to some & new news to others: buyer beware

I ordered mine back in June 2014 , it has the rgb liquid cooler
Option:
