Hi,
Thanks for helping out. I found it when I typed in my service tag. If you go to driver and download for aw3420dw, it gives you three things to download in order and on the second one, it says that you have to download the audio driver version 6.0.1.8394. I got window 10 64 bit.

* An audio driver is typically part of the audio card in a PC, not a monitor. Where do you see a reference to this PC audio driver version 6.0.1.8394? We do not see any audio driver on the AW3420DW driver page.
* What PC model?
* What operating system is installed on the PC?
