15 R4, LCD, v-lines, flickering

Hi,  

I have an issue with my laptop LCD showing short vertical lines everywhere with flickering. Reformated twice, still shows this issue.  Please help me figure out what is the problem. Thanks in advance!

Specs: 

15 R4, GTX 1060, 16GB ram, 1GB SSD

    What are the results of the LCD BIST (Built-in Self Test)?
