17 R4, Replace Camera and Microphone cable?
Apparently, the loop is out of order. The camera with a microphone does not work (even the BIOS does not see them), and also sometimes the laptop hangs with the fan unwinding (which also testifies to the loop). But I can’t find it anywhere. Tell me how to solve my problem. The three year warranty expired on August 1, 2015. Maybe through the restoration of the warranty or something else?

From your description of the problem, and before replacing the camera and microphone cable, you should try and find the root cause of this problem. Perhaps the fix is easy, and the device drivers are corrupted or missing.
Visit Device Manager. If Cameras is listed, open right click on Webcam driver and delete. If Audio inputs and outputs is listed, right click on Microphone driver and delete. Restart to save these changes. When system has booted, revisit Device Manager and these drivers should have been automatically installed. If not, right click on the top icon to request search for new devices, to get these 'missing' drivers.
Check to determine if camera and microphone function has been reinstated.

This is a bad answer, because I said that the camera and microphone are not detected in the bios and anywhere else
