m17 R4, 144Hz LCD glitching

I bought this computer last April 2021, but the problem started since about 2 months ago.
I am using Alienware m17 R4 slightly underclocked(via AWCC) with secondary monitor connected via HDMI. However, whenever I run fullscreen/borderless windowed game, the screen glitching consistently. This doesn't happen on the secondary monitor when I run the game on it.
This glitching is not captured by screen capturing. So I had to take a video with my phone.
I tried updating my graphic driver, turning off any kind of overclock(underclock), deleting some utilities, but not formatting since I have important files that I use on work. Maybe will try formatting in several weeks?
Any suggestion of possible cause or solution?

Update- User has decided to do OSRI but, does not know when they can perform the OSRI.
